Joseph A. Padolsky is an associate with Louison, Costello, Condon & Pfaff, LLP, where he specializes in the areas of litigation defense experience principally in the areas of negligence, employment, civil rights and criminal litigation.  Attorney Padolsky has appeared on behalf of clients before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and numerous trial courts across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Attorney Padolsky has also appeared on behalf of clients at administrative proceedings before the Department of Labor Relations, Civil Service Commission, and American Arbitration Association.  Additionally, Attorney Padolsky has appeared on behalf of clients at Appointing Authority hearings in defense of disciplinary charges.
